The views at this Best Western hotel were exceptional. The location is close to restaurants, shopping centers, and stores. Ate at Steak 'n Shake, which is within walking distance of the hotel. All the staff was fairly friendly and resolved my issues in a super-friendly manner.

The room here was incredibly comfortable with a pull-out sofa, and I loved the wake-up service feature, which was great.

The staff were incredibly nice and affable, gave us great tips. The room was extremely spacious with great facilities like central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. The tub in the private bathroom was a plus.

I had updated king room with the AC unit, a pull out sofa plus clean linens. The staff was very very helpful, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The hotel was in a magnificent location just next door to restaurants, stores and McAlpine Creek park.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, with a special shoutout to Christina who made us feel special throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient for our needs, with restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast. While it had several options, the quality could have been better as some items seemed to be microwaved or of lower quality.

A guest was impressed with the comfortable bed and the exemplary service provided by the smiling staff. The breakfast was abundant and the eggs were perfect. The hotel also handled complaints well, offering bottled water during a water main break.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, as one guest found chipped paint and another had their room skipped by the cleaning staff. Additionally, there was a smoking bench near the entrance, causing discomfort for non-smokers when the smoke blew in their faces.

There were not enough towels and the water was shut off during our stay. There should have been a discount or something for that. The breakfast was only cold eggs and no juice or milk. The sausage was good though. One of the beds was broken as well. Would never stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Even though the water was shut off temporarily during our stay, the staff made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast had a good variety and the sausage was delicious. I would recommend this hotel.
